All products from www.sephgotthewaves.com are sold as 'NOT Royalty Free'. SephGotTheWaves is the owner of the products on sale. By making payment for a product you are granted the right to incorporate them in a music production, film, tv program, website or other media production, for non-profit use only. If you wish to use a sample/loop for profit you must contact Seph or his Management.
Usage and Copyright
Copying, re-selling, leasing, duplicating or distribution in any form of the products for sale, other than outlined in the 'License Agreement', is strictly prohibited. This extends, but is not limited, to file sharing websites, web forums, computer networks and file hosting websites.

To provide you with the services you have selected, it is essential for SephGotTheWaves to store your personal information. This information will be used by SephGotTheWaves and its service providers to allow for faster purchasing and the allocation of discount coupons, and will not be passed on to any third parties.
Payment and Downloading Products
Payment is taken on behalf of SephGotTheWaves by Stripe. All prices are inclusive of taxes, and are subject to change from time to time. After payment you will be taken to a page where you can download your product(s).

By entering this agreement you agree not to sue or recover any damages from SephGotTheWaves and any affiliated companies or people as a result of its decision to terminate or suspend this agreement. Whilst SephGotTheWaves will take reasonable and sufficient steps to ensure that the website is free from any viruses, trojans, malware, spyware, harmful software, data theft or any unauthorised malicious activity, SephGotTheWaves make no guarantees on this subject and will not be held liable for any loss resulting from this.
Delivery/Refund Policy
After making payment on this website you will be automatically taken to a download page, where you can download your product. If you experience any problems, please get in contact with us at contactsephgotthewaves@gmail.com and we will work to solve the problem. Products purchased from SephGotTheWaves are non-refundable.
